Engr. Talat is a graduate of B.E. in Civil Engineering. He has proven his remarkable services  to UB for more than 13 years since September 2003. His experience and knowledge in the ready mix industry are outstanding which help UB - UAE achieved its goals.

He was promoted as the General Manager - for UAE last December 2016 based on the merits of his performance.
